src/overload/binder.*

Implement the visitor that collects potential overloaded bindings, and delegates the binding to the type-checker. overload::Binder inherits from bind::Binder so as to factor common parts.

src/overload/type-checker.*

Implement the visitor that perform type checking, allowing function overload, and compute bindings. overload::TypeChecker inherits from type::TypeChecker so as to factor common parts.
